3 Simple Ways To Build A Profitable Online Business

Whether you’re just starting out or starting over in business, knowing you have a profitable business idea feels good! Before I share the 3 ways to build a profitable online business, I recommend taking a personality test that helps you to gain a better understanding of yourself. Business doesn’t have to be over complicated. In fact, I pride myself on simplifying and providing structure built to scale. Below are three simple ways to get started building your online empire! It’s all about finding 7 focusing on your purpose, your audience and your messaging.

Find Your Strengths

Starting with what you’re already good at is a great way to step into the role of being an expert in your industry. Creating a list of things you’re naturally good at and a list of things people already come to you for advice on will make it easier for you to decide who you can serve with your natural gifts and abilities. Not having clarity here means you’ll have a hard time creating an offer that is attractive to your niche. If you’ve already been in business for a while it doesn’t hurt to go back to the drawing board and see what you can add on! This could be a unique selling point (USP) that helps you stand out in your industry!

Create an Avatar

Creating an aligned ideal customer or client avatar helps you to get really clear on the type of person your business will be serving. This will make it easy for you to figure out what pain points they are currently experiencing and what type of interests they have. It’s also helpful to create a negative client avatar where you can also outline what type of person isn’t a good fit for your product or service. It’s going to be hard to bridge the gap for them with your messaging if you don’t know who you’re speaking to or what type of content will attract your aligned ideal client/customer.

Bridge the Gap

In order to build a profitable online business, it’s vital that you’re able to bridge the gap by using your zone of alignment. Your zone of alignment is where your expertise meets your big idea. You take those two things and create a solution that your specific niche needs that they might not have had a solution to yet. This could be a service or even someone else product or your own!

The other part that goes along with bridging the gap is your messaging. Learning how to write irresistible copy is a skill I encourage all entrepreneurs to work on mastering. Copy is the first impression people get about our brand. Our captions help us to connect more and grow our following, our emails open rates depend heavily on our email headlines. We can’t escape it!
